I was absent from Deviantart for almost two months, I didn't contribute anything to dA like I used to and I didn't even open for commission works. Wonder what I have been doing during that period of time? go ahead and check out this video! :D

Hey guys, so glad to announce I am back on the game! :D

I've been avoiding commission work (and painting in general :() for the last few months, to concentrate on my final project in college. now that it's all done, I can make way to spend more time to do some painting and that includes accepting commissions!

just wanted to let you guys know. right then, thanx!

So I recently watched a film called "My Week With Marilyn", and surprisingly.. I enjoyed it! probably one of the best film I've seen in a while.

I did a google search to learn more about the film, only to find a poster that I personally think didn't do the film justice. maybe that's the reason why I didn't pay much attention to the film when it was first released back in 2011.

well, so I decided to make a fan art in a form of a film poster. the artwork is influenced by the vintage style posters, from the 1950s/1960s Holywood era. echoing the film's setting. the artwork also heavily inspired by the work of Alan H. Ibarra. a facebook friend, talented artist, and architect from Cabo.

I haven't done anything like this artwork before, and it's been a challenge so far! so.. here it is, my new artwork:

I just recently joined Twitter, yes I am that slow. still can't get the hang of it though. if you're also on Twitter, you might want to check it out :

During my trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand, I got the chance to actually step inside into a tiger cage at the facility called 'Tiger Kingdom'. I have the privileged to spend some time with a 20 month old female tiger named 'Mimi', and another one named 'Lulu'. It was such a great experience!

I posted a photo to my deviantart gallery, and here's the link:

By the end of 2011, I was preoccupied with school related works, therefore I don't have time to focus on painting anything. People has been asking me to do a commission job for them, unfortunately I to have decline with regret. But I am gladly announce, that I'm able to arrange my schedules and make way for my art. Thus making me available for commission job.

For those of you who's interested in owning a personal painting, made with 100 % heart and soul, feel free to contact me via deviantart or e-mail. You may browse through my album to decide what kind of art style you want, and once you decided, you can contact me for further discussion.

best regards, and of course have a happy new year to all!

people has been asking me to make a time-lapse video of my painting process. to be honest, I'm not really active in deviantart, my facebook page and blog is my primary art gallery because I figure it's easier to interact with people. so to do justice since I'm starting to get active in deviantart, here's a look at my digital drawing video of Dr. Greg House!…
